Refund policy

1) 15 days to change your mind.

Within 15 days of the date of receipt, you can return the ordered product to us for exchange or refund . You do n't have to give any justification.

This return will be “return to sender” and under the responsibility of the customer. (except error of Funeraire-urne.fr.)

For a return request, please contact us, specifying the order number, the reference (s) in order to provide you with a return number. The product must be in its original packaging, with all its accessories and documentation.

2) Delivered or refunded.

If the product is lost by the carrier. You are reimbursed with Paypal insurance, the carrier or our site.
